THE IAEA PROGRAM
IAEA consists of scheduled courses, lab time, and other hands-on activities. Over the course of the program you’ll complete a series of projects culminating in a high-quality audio engineering portfolio. During the final stages we’ll help you prepare your portfolio and a professional resume, and generate job leads. After graduation we’ll continue to be a resource - you can use us as a reference, request letters of recommendations, and we’ll continue to share job opportunities as they arise.

Recording to professional systems such as Pro Tools HDX as well as smaller-scale native DAW systems
Recording high quality musical artists in a professional studio, in both student and professional recording sessions
Mixing Avid Pro Tools and an incredible collection of industry standard plugins
Mixing using analog recording consoles such as our classic Solid State Logic SL 6040 E Series
Advanced mixing concepts including automation, drum replacement, pitch correction, advanced editing, mix bus processing, and more.
Mastering finished music products, culminating in the audio engineering portfolio

Visit - tour BRC and meet with our staff in a casual interview. Our program is open to people of all ages and backgrounds, but we'll let you know if we think IAEA may not be the best choice for you.
Enrollment agreement - if after the interview you decide you'd like to enroll, just let us know and we'll send you the enrollment agreement. Once signed, you will be officially enrolled and receive your schedule and invoice.
